  7. INFORMATION:   In PRINTCON you can set the "File contents" to byte stream
  8.                or text mode.  In the CAPTURE command, the no tabs switch
  9.                sets the "file contents" similar to a byte stream mode in
  10.                addition to not recognizing tabs.  The no tabs switch is
  11.                different than byte stream in that the bytes are still
  12.                interpreted as characters.  With byte stream mode the file
  13.                is considered strictly a binary file.
